Old Government House

Government House, Marina (currently known as State House, Marina, and in ownership of the Lagos State Government).

It was designed and built by the Public Works Department around the late 19th century, replacing the Old Government House that sat at a much lesser distance from the current site on the same Marina, built mostly in wood. It took cues from Neoclassical architecture and included features like balustrades, dentils, columns, pilasters, &c, with French windows and doors.
